#snettips: focus on the hidden functions in S-Net Mobile

The Spuerkeess S-Net Mobile application is constantly evolving to give you even greater satisfaction. Don’t know where to find your bank details? Or how to increase the limit on your card when the deadline for paying your next holiday is approaching? Then this article is for you! Discover the functions hidden in your pocket.

Functions that can be carried out remotely

Numerous functions are available on S-Net to manage your cards or your account, without you needing to visit a branch.

Overview of functions linked to your account

Download your bank details

Is your new employer asking for your bank details to pay your salary? Simply download them in PDF format from S-Net! Click on the three dots in the top right and select “Certificate of banking details”.

See the rate on a loan

Can’t remember your mortgage rate? In your account, click on the dots in the top right and then on “Information”.

Hide account balances

Would you like to view your accounts discreetly in a public place (bus, train, café, etc.), without letting prying eyes see your account balances? When you are on the screen showing your financial situation, press the three dots in the top right and then activate the "Discreet mode”.

Rename your accounts

Can't keep track of all your accounts in S-Net? Rename them to make them more visible! In your account, click on the dots in the top right and then on "Rename", so that you can give them more informative titles, such as “Mortgage”, “House tranche 1”, “House tranche 2”, “Joint account”, “Child 1 account”, etc.

Change/cancel a standing order

Picked up an injury and can't go to the gym anymore? Cancel your standing order directly on S-Net, and start it again when you've recovered.

Change the limit of a payment card

Do you need to pay a bill, for an unexpected event or for a holiday, but the limit on your card won't allow you to? When you check your financial situation, select the card for which you want to increase the limit, then click on the three dots in the top right. In the menu that opens, select “Card settings” and then change your limit in the “Limit change” line.

Re-send your card’s PIN

Forgot your PIN code?  In your financial situation, select your card, then click on the three dots in the top right. In the menu that opens, select “Card settings” and then “PIN copy request”. You will then receive your PIN code by post. 

Block a payment card

In the event of loss or theft for example, you can block your card. In your financial situation, select your card, then click on the three dots in the top right. In the menu that opens, select “Card settings”, then block your card by clicking on “Block card”.

Other functions

Updating personal data

Are you moving house or changing jobs? Simply enter the new information in “My personal information” by clicking on your profile and then “Modify”. For fun, you can even replace your photo profile with an avatar if you wish.

Order products/services

To open a new bank account, order a new debit or credit card, simply invest some of your savings or take out a loan, go to the S-Net Store, accessible via the main menu.
