When will this all happen?

From Spring 2026 you will start seeing and hearing more about the Wero brand from  Payconiq, from your bank channels and in the media. During this preliminary phase you can keep using Payconiq as usual.

Starting this summer, Payconiq payments and services will start switching to Wero. Your bank will invite you to download the Wero app from the App Store / Play Store and link your preferred bank account(s) to Wero. As soon as you have done that, you will manage all your payments in the Wero app. If you scan a Payconiq QR code to pay in-store or your invoices from your Wero app, you will be directed to the Wero payment system – but it is important to understand your payments will work just the same as they did with Payconiq.
