How do I close my account?

In order to close your accounts, the following steps are requiered (carried out by us):

closure of the bank package,
cancellation of all the cards,
after canceling the cards, we must wait for the latter to be deleted from our database (deadline for credit cards: next booking date; deadline for debit cards: 5 working days),
after these deadlines, please contact us again and inform us of the account to which we should transfer the remaining amount.
