1. Block your S-Net agreement
Log in to your S-Net access (S-Net Mobile App or Desktop version)
2. Block your payment cards by contacting Worldline
at your service 24/7 at (+352) 49 10 10
3. Block your certificate by contacting Luxtrust
at your service 24/7 at (+352) 24 550 550
4. Contact Spuerkeess Direct
as soon as possible. Call (+352) 4015-1 (Hours: 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday)
5. File a complaint with the Luxembourg Police
and ask for their assistance with your case
6. Favour the use of LuxTrust Mobile
which will give you more security by providing more information on the transaction to be validated
