If your card is damaged or defective, you can request a new one by calling Worldline Financial Services (Europe) S.A. on (+352) 49 10 10 (option 9). This service is available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday. A replacement fee may apply (please refer to www.spuerkeess.lu/tarifs for more information).
