Can I choose whatever package I want, regardless of my age?

Equities investments must be made in compliance with the legally established limits:

Age at the beginning of the tax year	Maximum accumulated savings invested in equities
Under 45	100%
Between 45 and 49	75%
Between 50 and 54	50%
Between 55 and 74	25%

You can always select a lower-risk option. However, higher-risk options are not available to you.
