How do I start using Wero?

Once your bank offers Wero, it's time to download the Wero app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
To set up your wallet, just open the Wero app and follow the instructions to connect your bank account. During the process you will be redirected to your bank’s app or website to verify your identity with LUXTRUST, Luxembourg’s secure digital identify solution.
You will need to connect your bank account to a unique phone number or email address.
