Required information and documents
In accordance with our legal and regulatory obligations, we are required to collect certain information regarding your company, its representatives and its activities.
The requested information enables us to:
- understand your company's structure and ownership;
- assess the nature of its business activities;
- gain an understanding of the expected account transactions;
- comply with regulatory requirements relating to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing.

When will your account become operational?
Your business account will be activated once:
- all legally required documentation has been received;
- the application has been approved by the relevant decision-making bodies of Spuerkeess;
- all contractual documents have been duly completed and signed.
Special case: incorporation of a new company
In the case of a newly incorporated company, the capital blocking certificate will be issued once the incorporation capital has been credited to the designated account.
