What is the Spuerkeess Customer panel?

The Spuerkeess Customer panel consists of a group of people who are willing to share their opinion on the Bank's products or services.

They can be invited to answer questionnaires, to participate in individual interviews or co-creation workshops, or to test solutions pre-designed by the Bank.

This approach allows Spuerkeess to integrate the end-user in the research, design and testing phases to get valuable information about their needs and wishes.
