I already have chosen a PIN code. What do I still need my LuxTrust certificate for?

The usage of the LuxTrust certificate remains mandatory in the presence of certain transactions considered as “sensitive”, most notably:

  • Transfers in favour of not yet registered beneficiaries, indicating an amount exceeding EUR 30.- per transaction or EUR 150.- in total per week;
  • The entering of new beneficiaries to your list of registered beneficiaries;
  • The emission of messages through the secured e-mail channel;
  • The configuration of S-Digicash;
  • The blocking of the S-Net agreement.
