Contest – Tweenie Brioche Make a Tweenie brioche, take a photo and enter our contest for the chance to win a great prize!
- First, mix the following ingredients in a bowl and make a well in the centre: 500 g of flour, a sachet of vanilla-flavoured sugar, a pinch of salt and 70 g of sugar.
- Mix in the following: 2 eggs, a sachet of yeast, slowly pour in 200 ml of milk, and 125 g of softened butter. Once all your ingredients have been added, knead for 10 minutes.
- Roll your dough into a ball and let it rest for 2 hours.
- Split the dough into 3: a larger piece for the body, and two smaller pieces for the wings (the same size).
- Make a ball with the larger piece of dough and shape the wings from the two smaller pieces, then place them alongside the body.
- Then ask an adult to draw a curved line on the body with a knife – this will give your Tweenie a smile when it’s cooked!
- Place your Tweenie in the oven for 30 minutes at thermostat 5 (180°C).
- Once it’s cooked, wait until your Tweenie brioche has cooled down completely before making its eye! Take some white chocolate and a dark chocolate chip.
- Melt the white chocolate and use a spoon to make a circle on the brioche to form the Tweenie’s eye. Then place the chocolate chip in the centre of the white chocolate circle! Your brioche is ready!
A great prize is up for grabs for 10 winners in our draw! Try your luck! The lucky winners will receive a set of utensils from "Les P’tits Fouets" worth 37 EUR!
To participate, take a photo of your brioche and upload it via this link until 30 April 2024.
Good luck!
