What to do when changes occur within your association

New board, amended statutes, change of registered office… Changes are common throughout the life of an association and may affect your banking relationship. For regulatory reasons, it is essential to notify your bank of such changes and provide the necessary supporting documents.

Change in board composition

  • Recent extract from the Register of Beneficial Owners (RBE) (less than 3 months old)
  • Recent extract from the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) (less than 3 months old)

Change in signing authority

  • General meeting minutes signed by board members and filed with the Trade and Companies Register (RCS)

Change of registered address

  • Recent extract from the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) (less than 3 months old)

Change of postal address

  • Please inform us of the new postal address using the downloadable form (to be signed by the authorised representative(s) of the association)

Update of statutes

  • Registered statutes filed with the Trade and Companies Register (RCS)
  • Recent extract from the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) (less than 3 months old)
