I’m a professional or institutional customer and want to opt out of VoP. How do I proceed? Can I opt back in?

By default, VoP applies. An opt-out is only possible for bulk file transfers. Contact your advisor to enable the opt-out.

You can opt back in to VoP service anytime later if desired.
