Fake brochure

Our bank’s identity is currently being misused in connection with the distribution of a fake investment brochure.

Using an obsolete layout, individuals (specifically non-clients) are being encouraged to make investments with promises of unrealistic returns. These fraudulent documents also maliciously display a fake email address belonging to a contact of our bank to appear legitimate.

We formally confirm that this brochure was in no way issued by Spuerkeess and that the offers presented are entirely fraudulent. A visual of the fake brochure is provided at the bottom of this page for informational and warning purposes.

We urge our customers and the general public to exercise the utmost vigilance. In case of doubt regarding a brochure, an investment offer, or any communication related to our bank, we recommend that you:

• Contact your usual advisor;
• Visit one of our official branches;
• Call our central phone line before taking any action.
