“Schoulspuerfester”, a deep-rooted tradition since 1961

Since 1961, Spuerkeess has been inviting primary school children from cycle 2.1 to attend a play developed especially for them. The aim of this tradition is to teach students the value of saving in a playful way. To encourage saving, Spuerkeess gives the children a “Spuerbéchs” piggy bank and a gift voucher worth EUR 50, to be credited to a Tweenz savings account.
