  • Your most recent three salary slips and bank statements covering the last three months, consolidated into a single file   * 
  • Source of Funds form - Please download the form here, sign it, and attach it at the final step together with the required onboarding documents* 
  • Proof of origin of funds (e.g., inheritance certificate, life insurance policy, property sale deed, donation acknowledgment, etc.)  
  • If you are requesting a rental guarantee, please include the signed rental agreement (signed by all parties), if already available  
  • Recent criminal record extract (less than 6 months old)*
  • For non-EU citizens: work authorisation, residence permit and/or declaration of arrival (Récépissé), if you have already arrived in Luxembourg and received the declaration
