Please prepare and upload the following documents:

- Passport or identity card (clear copy of both sides, including photo and signature)
- Certificate of residence (certificate from the municipality, water, gas or electricity bill, less than 3 months old)
- Copy of employment contract (signed by all parties)
- If you are planning to transfer funds to your Luxembourgish account from abroad: please provide your most recent three salary slips and bank statements covering the last three months, consolidated into a single file
- Proof of origin of funds (e.g., salary slips, inheritance certificate, life insurance policy, property sale deed, donation acknowledgment, etc.)
- If you are requesting a rental guarantee, please include the signed rental agreement (signed by all parties), if already available
- Recent criminal record extract (less than 6 months old)
- For non-EU citizens: work authorisation, residence permit and/or declaration of arrival (Récépissé), if you have already arrived in Luxembourg and received the declaration
