Following observations by the European Commission, LeasePlan Luxembourg S.A. was taken over by a third-party leasing provider, Leasys, which is equally owned by Stellantis and Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance. As a result, LeasePlan Luxembourg S.A. became Leasys Luxembourg S.A. on 1 August 2023.
Leasys continues to develop its activities with the aim of becoming one of the main players in the leasing sector in Europe, with the objective of having a fleet of one million vehicles by 2026.
