We nevertheless recommend to limit the personal data to the absolute minimum and to not include any confidential data (account number, transfers, stock exchange orders, ...). Please note that we cannot reply to requests of a confidential nature by e-mail (e.g. request for a new S-Net access code, PIN codes, request for change of address, ...), or transactional related requests (e.g. transfer instructions, buying or selling shares,...). For these types of operations, please use the encrypted messaging functions of the S-Net Internet Banking, or contact your Spuerkeess branch.
