With S-Net and S-Net Mobile, you can pay the bills related toyour real estate project directly from your construction account, without having to go to a branch.
- Log in to S-Net and open the screen for entering a transfer
- Select your construction account as the debiting account
- Enter the reference
- If you use S-Net Mobile, take a photo of the corresponding invoice. On S-Net Desktop, please attach the scanned invoice in PDF format
- Confirm your payment
The final execution of the transfer will only take place after verification of the transaction by Spuerkeess. If the balance of your construction account is lower than the amount of the invoice, the transfer can be entered, but it will only be processed after the settlement of a new instalment of the loan.
