Yes, 3D Secure will be enabled automatically for every card ordered (as long as you have a token or LuxTrust Mobile certificate), regardless of whether it is a new card or a card that was replaced because it had expired or was blocked or lost. If your card is replaced, it will be linked to the same LuxTrust certificate as the card that was replaced.
