CEDIES contest: win one of five EUR 1.000 study grants!

Are you ready to face the post-high school transition? Or do you feel discouraged by the seemingly unaffordable cost of student life? Between housing and transportation expenses, are you worried about breaking the bank? Then a grant and/or loan from CEDIES is exactly what you need!
Don't worry, after high school comes university!

Grants and student loans are two types of financial aid granted by the state of Luxembourg to university students that request them. Among other criteria, the amount depends on where you study and your family's financial circumstances, and they are both approved and disbursed by semester.

What if you won an extra grant?

Try your luck at the free contest, "My 1st CEDIES financial aid", to make your transition to university life even better!
How to enter? All you have to do is designate a Spuerkeess account to receive your first CEDIES grant and/or student loan by 31 December 2021! Yep, it's as simple as that.

By applying for your first student loan or grant with Spuerkeess, you’re automatically entered to win!

Prizes

To give you a smooth start to your university adventure, Spuerkeess is offering you a special gift—the chance to win one of five EUR 1.000 grants.

That’s right! Five university students will be drawn at random to win a study grant, courtesy of Spuerkeess.

Don’t forget

To obtain a student loan, you must have submitted your grant application to CEDIES. Once your agreement letter has been received, you may visit one of our branches to take out your loan. Don't forget to bring your letter! 😉

Watch out for the deadlines!

The application for financial aid must be submitted as follows:

  • from 1 August to 30 November for the winter semester;
  • from 1 January to 30 April for the summer semester.

Manage your grants and loans online!

From your second instalment on, you can unlock your financial aid online with S-Net Mobile. Then you won't have to come to the bank in person for your next instalments to be disbursed. Convenient, right?
