Speedinvest helps determine the optimum tailored allocation for a customer’s assets by asking appropriate questions. Depending on the optimum allocation, money is invested in two subfunds – a bond and an equity subfund – which were created especially for Speedinvest. The underlying investments in the two subfunds are made primarily in ETFs (Exchange-Traded Funds). This allows us to take advantage of broad diversification opportunities despite the small amounts invested, as well as of the low fees related to these instruments.
In this context, BCEE Asset Management (now Spuerkeess Asset Management) manages the two subfunds in accordance with its investment process. Thus, Speedinvest customer investments are always made using a strategy that is in line with market expectations and forecasts provided by BCEE Asset Management experts. As a result, customers benefit from the full “savoir-faire” of BCEE Asset Management.
The investment strategy applied to the two subfunds is based on an investment process developed by BCEE Asset Management (now Spuerkeess Asset Management).Carlo Stronck, Head of Client Support & Product Development BCEE Asset Management (now Spuerkeess Asset Management)
The investment strategy applied to the two subfunds is based on an investment process developed by BCEE Asset Management (now Spuerkeess Asset Management). This investment process takes into account factors such as economic realities in the major regions around the world, political phenomena and/or monetary policy, market trends, sector valuations or even valuations of securities.
The investment process gives rise to a number of decisions that influence the relative weightings of various investments. For example, at the equity market level, BCEE Asset Management currently favours the industry, energy and consumer discretionary sectors. Prudence is still needed for bonds denominated in USD.
These preferences can be seen in the respective subfunds, by means of a weighting for certain investments.
The aim is to align the securities in the portfolios with the experts’ expectations regarding the markets in order to offer Speedinvest customers professional management.
Speedinvest is ideal for investors who want to take part in the performance of the global markets by means of simple, customised and professional management. Against a backdrop of ultra-low money market rates, it can also serve as a means of diversifying money market investments by having simple, low-cost exposure to capital markets.
