24/7 Blocking of S-Net Banking Access in Case of Fraud

Spuerkeess is strengthening the security of your banking operations!

Starting November 3, 2025, our clients will have access to a unique service in Luxembourg to protect their S-Net access in case of fraud.

What’s new?

In case of suspected or confirmed fraud, you can now call Worldline at (+352) 49 10 10, available 24/7, to:

  • Block your S-Net agreement (linked to the cardholder concerned)
  • Block your Spuerkeess credit or debit cards
  • Block your LuxTrust certificate

This service allows you to secure all your banking access with a single call.

How does it work?

When you call to block a card, Worldline will also offer to block your S-Net agreement.

  • Worldline cannot access your accounts and does not transmit any personal information.
  • Its role is to forward your request to Spuerkeess, which will automatically block the agreement.
  • To restore access, a new S-Net agreement must be created by Spuerkeess at your request.

Important: If you only want to block your S-Net agreement (without blocking a card), you can still do this yourself via S-Net, like before.
