What’s new?
In case of suspected or confirmed fraud, you can now call Worldline at (+352) 49 10 10, available 24/7, to:
- Block your S-Net agreement (linked to the cardholder concerned)
- Block your Spuerkeess credit or debit cards
- Block your LuxTrust certificate
This service allows you to secure all your banking access with a single call.
How does it work?
When you call to block a card, Worldline will also offer to block your S-Net agreement.
- Worldline cannot access your accounts and does not transmit any personal information.
- Its role is to forward your request to Spuerkeess, which will automatically block the agreement.
- To restore access, a new S-Net agreement must be created by Spuerkeess at your request.
Important: If you only want to block your S-Net agreement (without blocking a card), you can still do this yourself via S-Net, like before.
