Our recruitment process

I apply

I read a job advertisement and submit my application through the careers website.

My application is reviewed

If my profile matches the role, I am selected for an interview.

Possible discussion with a business specialist

Depending on the position, I may be invited to a Teams call with a business specialist (around 30 minutes) to discuss my profile and technical skills.

I am invited to complete recruitment assessments

Before the first interview, I complete online recruitment tests (psychometric, reasoning, etc.).

First interview - General assessment

The first interview aims to assess my overall suitability for the role: skills, motivation and background, while also presenting the responsibilities of the position and discussing the recruitment assessment results.

Second interview - Further discussion

The second interview aims to clarify certain aspects of my background, finalise the overall assessment and discuss HR-related matters.

I receive a job offer

I am contacted by HR, who provide me the details of the offer.

I sign my contract

I am invited to sign my employment agreement and receive information regarding my onboarding.
